ESK Kids Rules of Play

We kindly ask that you follow our Rules of Play so that everyone has a safe and enjoyable playtime.

  • Children are the responsibility of and must be supervised by their accompanying adult during attendance.
  • All visitors must sign in.
  • In Messy Play, Role Play and The Sensory room there are many play items. A small number of our toys require close supervision when being handled by under 3’s, and they must be supervised closely by their adult during play.
  • All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, meaning a responsible person over the age of 18 years.
  • Adults unaccompanied by a child/ren are not permitted to enter ESK Play.
  • Please respect our play centre and encourage kind hands and kind play. Very loud, destructive or aggressive play will be stopped by our play staff for the safety of all our visitors.
  • Damages mean that other little visitors cannot enjoy the experience as they should, please do not allow your child to damage any of our items of play. Please let our team know about any damaged toys, so that we can take them out of play.
  • Property & personal belongings remain the responsibility of the attendee during play visits, we cannot take responsibility for personal belongings during play sessions.
  • All toys and equipment are the property of ESK Kids and should not be removed from our play sessions.
  • Socks must be worn by all adults and children. Shoes must be removed, we have places to store your shoes.
  • We ask that adults & children who are unwell/who have been unwell refrain from visiting us within 48 hours of symptoms of illness. Any sickness inside the play area must be reported immediately.
  • Absolutely no food is permitted in ESK Kids. You are welcome to bring your child water in a contained leakproof container and baby fluids including formula baby milk are permitted if you are attending with a non-walking infant.
  • Visitors should report any injuries to our in session Play staff at the
    time of sustaining an injury, however minor and complete the accident book.
  • Bookings are non-refundable.
  • Please help us stay on track for your Messy Play or Sensory Play sessions by arriving on time and leaving the area when your booked session is finished.
  • You are forbidden from bringing alcohol or any harmful substances to our play sessions, including medication, medicines, prescription/non-prescription drugs.

MESSY PLAY RULES OF PLAY

  • Messy Play tuff spots are set up for your play session.
  • Each session lasts 1 hour.
  • Aprons are provided, please wear messy clothes.
  • Parents/carers are responsible for their Children at all times.
  • We take no responsibility for any loss or damages to your personal belongings.
  • Please do not attend the session if your child has been unwell and risks affecting other children.
  • We encourage kind hands and kind play.
  • It is the responsibility of the Parent/carer to ensure Children do not interact with any food/material substance that may cause an allergic reaction to their child. Packaging of any food products are available on request.
  • We do not except responsibility for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be from any product or item provided.
